Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders for New Wave Booths are processed and prepared for shipment promptly. We commit to shipping your order via common carrier within 3 business days from the time your order is placed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Method
We ship all photo booth orders using a common carrier (LTL freight) service to ensure safe and reliable delivery of your equipment.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, the common carrier transit time will vary based on your location. You will receive an email notification with tracking information and an estimated delivery date (typically 5-10 business days after the ship date).
Note: Delivery dates provided are estimates. Once the shipment is in the carrier’s possession, delivery scheduling is subject to the carrier’s terms and routing.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
If liftgate service (required to lower the freight from the truck to the ground) is needed, this charge will be included in the final shipping quote.
Receiving Your Freight Shipment (CRITICAL)
Since we ship via common carrier, please follow these vital steps upon delivery:
Inspection is Required: When the freight truck arrives, you must inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt.
Check for Damage: Examine the packaging, crate, or box for any signs of visible damage, crushing, holes, or tears.
Document Any Damage: If you notice any damage, regardless of how minor it appears, you must write a detailed description of the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing. Take photographs of the damage before and during the unpacking process.
Refusal: If the damage appears severe and you believe the contents are unusable, you have the right to refuse the shipment. If you refuse, immediately contact us.
Concealed Damage: If you sign the delivery receipt without noting damage, it becomes significantly harder to file a claim. If concealed damage is found after unpacking, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
New Wave Booths is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We will assist you in this process.
International Shipping
