Warranty

Original purchaser of New Wave Booths built furniture is protected against defective workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchases. Warranty on upholstery material is NOT covered by New Wave Booths. New Wave Booths will replace or repair furniture, should it be defective, free of charge, during the above stated periods, provided the furniture or defective portion is returned promptly to New Wave Booths as directed, freight charges to be Pre-Paid by purchaser.

Transit Damage

Inspect all Merchandise Immediately, the bill of lading is an acknowledgment by the transportation company of the receipt in good condition of the Shipment and our responsibility then ceases. The buyer should inspect the shipment at the time of delivery for carton/product damage and shortages of products.  If carton/product damage or shortages exist it should be noted on both buyers copy and carriers copy of the delivery receipt. The shipment should not be refused. It is important to list carton damage on the receipt, it will help if concealed damage is found while unpacking since most drivers will not wait while you un-pack your cartons. If damage to the product is found during unpacking stop and call the carrier’s representative without further unpacking. Have Them Make a report of concealed damage, and file your claim with carrier company at once. We will gladly cooperate with you in making a satisfactory adjustment with the carrier company.

Cancelations

Once a order is placed it can only be canceled before it has shipped. Orders which are custom/made to order cannot be canceled. Cancelations are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Cancelations will be credited minus the re-stocking fee using the same payment method as was used to place the order.

Return Policy

Eligible items can be returned for a refund minus the round trip shipping charges within 10 days of receiving your order. Returns are subject to an additional re-stocking fee that is 30% of the order. In the case that returns have missing, used, damaged parts or packaging additional charges will apply which will be determined at the sole discretion of New Wave Booths and will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be credited to the same payment method that was used to place the order.

Return Eligibility

• Item must be in new/un-used condition in its’ original packaging in order to be returned.
• Items which are custom/made to order cannot be returned.

NOTE : New Wave Booths reserves the right to make price and specification changes as deemed necessary without prior notice.

NOTICE

Certain States or Cities may require retardant materials for which our booths may not be acceptable for use. Please check with local officials in the area where our products will be used.

As per manufacturers information.

Padding-polyurethane foam is formulated to meet the requirements of 2013 Cal. 117 only. Combustion of these Foams will result if exposed to extreme heat. These laboratory test do not predict the flammability of the furnishings that contain these foams.
